Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access the Service or parts of the Service.
• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Golf Ball Tracer.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Schilke App Solutions LLC, 72 Freedom Landing Dr, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a phone, tablet, or computer.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application and/or the Website.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
• Website refers to Golf Ball Tracer, accessible from https://golfballtracer.com.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

Golf Ball Tracer requires an Account to use the Service. When You register and sign in, We collect a limited amount of personally identifiable information that can be used to identify You:

• Email address (used to create and sign in to Your Account)
• A Firebase-issued user ID associated with Your Account
• A display name (only if You grant it when using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google)
• Usage Data

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's type, operating system, and other diagnostic data. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, the mobile operating system (iOS or Android) may collect standard crash and diagnostic data and share it with us only when You opt in to share with developers. This data does not include Your videos or Account contents.

Videos and Trace Data

Imported and recorded videos, trace points (impact / apex / landing), style and target choices, and exported clips are stored locally on Your Device. They are never uploaded to our servers or transmitted to any third party. We have no access to Your videos or trace projects and cannot view, store, or delete them remotely.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may request permission to access:

• Camera and microphone — to record new swing videos.
• Photo Library — to import existing videos and to save Your exported traced clips.

All access is local to Your Device. Videos and frames are processed on-device and are never uploaded to our servers. You can enable or disable these permissions at any time through Your Device settings.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

The Application does not use cookies and does not include any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not track Your sessions inside the Application. The Website (golfballtracer.com) does not use advertising or analytics cookies; any cookies used are strictly necessary to serve the site.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to keep You signed in across app launches.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. Firebase Authentication uses Your email and user ID to authenticate You.
• To contact You: to respond to Your support requests. If You email us, we use Your email address only to reply.
• To fix bugs: any crash reports You choose to share help us identify and fix issues in the Application.
• To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us, including account or data deletion requests.
• For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets.

We do not use Your information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or sell it to anyone.

Sharing Your Personal Data

We do not sell or rent Your personal information. We may share Your personal information in the following limited situations:

• With Service Providers: We share Your sign-in information with Firebase Authentication (Google) strictly to operate Account sign-in.
• With the App Stores: The Apple App Store and Google Play Store handle downloads and updates. Because the App is free, there are no payments to process and we do not see payment information.
• For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition.
• With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.
• Law enforcement: Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Your videos and trace projects stay on Your Device for as long as You keep them; if You delete the App, that local data is removed by the operating system. If You sign in, Your Firebase Authentication record (email + user ID) is retained until You delete Your Account — see the Delete Account page.

Your Privacy Rights

GDPR Rights (EU Residents)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to:

• Request access to Your Personal Data
• Request correction of inaccurate Personal Data
• Object to processing of Your Personal Data
• Request erasure of Your Personal Data
• Request transfer of Your Personal Data
• Withdraw Your consent at any time

You can exercise these rights by contacting us at support@golfballtracer.com. Because we collect so little, most of these requests are satisfied by deleting the small Firebase Auth record we hold.

CCPA/CPRA Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• The right to know what personal information is collected
• The right to access your personal information
• The right to opt-out of the sale of personal information
• The right to correct inaccurate personal data
• The right to limit sensitive data use
• The right to delete your personal information
• The right to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Service Providers

Authentication

• Firebase Authentication (Google): We use Firebase Authentication to securely manage user sign-in via email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. Authentication tokens are managed by Google's infrastructure.

For clarity, Golf Ball Tracer does not use any analytics provider, advertising network, cloud storage provider for your content, or subscription and payment processor. The App is free and processes your videos entirely on your Device.

Children's Privacy

Golf Ball Tracer is intended for general audiences, including junior golfers used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal contact information (such as email addresses) directly from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in Your jurisdiction).

If You believe a child under 13 has provided Us with Personal Data without parental involvement, please contact Us and We will take steps to remove that information.

Do Not Track

Some browsers include a Do Not Track (DNT) feature. Our Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this Privacy Policy if our practices change in the future.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
